At Hotels at Home, your customers/guests will speak with only seasoned, select CSRs who have gone through an intensive interview and selection process. Each CSR is required to have an on-the-job service record ranging from a minimum of 5 years up to 20 years of stellar experience meeting the needs of the most discriminating clients.
