    Just like you, Hotels at Home is in the hospitality business. We understand the importance of guest satisfaction. As your integral retail marketing partner, we also understand the importance of accurate order management and fulfillment. With every guest, as with every order, it is our goal to exceed expectations – yours and your guests’.

    When a guest enjoys a product during their stay with you and seeks to relive that experience at home – or gift the experience to another – they make contact with us, your “retail arm” to place an order, either by phone or through a custom-designed Web site.

    From the beginning, your guest is welcomed by one of our highly skilled Concierge Service Representatives (CSRs). As well-versed representatives of your brand, our CSR team provides concierge-level service throughout the order processing experience. They are also trained to give guidance on how each product is to be used and/or cared for.

    From there, Hotels at Home manages all custom packaging and shipping of the product(s) from our on-site warehouse, providing immediate order confirmation and online tracking information to your guest/customer.

    Geography, language and time of day or year are never barriers to guest satisfaction when you partner with Hotels at Home. We operate 24/7/365 online, with expansive phone order hours throughout the week and on Saturdays.
