From the beginning, your guest is welcomed by one of our highly skilled Concierge Service Representatives (CSRs). As well-versed representatives of your brand, our CSR team provides concierge-level service throughout the order processing experience. They are also trained to give guidance on how each product is to be used and/or cared for.
From there, Hotels at Home manages all custom packaging and shipping of the product(s) from our on-site warehouse, providing immediate order confirmation and online tracking information to your guest/customer.
